Here’s how I play the 2nd solo from the Opeth song “Deliverance”. I used to play this one differently (same notes, different positions), but I checked the Lamentations DVD performance and, while you never get a good view of his hands, it appears that Mikael plays this much lower on the neck than I was. I’m not sure if it’s 100% accurate fingering-wise, but the notes are spot on.
